Holistic and intentional care for modern families.

Holding new parents during times of change.

Our approach is rooted in the physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of parents during pregnancy and postpartum. We believe that the childbearing year is a tender time of deep growth and transformation. There are all the changes that are happening on the surface, of course, but there’s a wellspring of changes occurring internally as well. Changes that—if fully supported with intentional tools—have the power to impact our entire life for the better.

In our modern world, we’ve lost many traditions and practices that help mothers and families find their footing and feel connected and seen. We spend little time celebrating and supporting birth givers and their partners as they transition into parents. Instead, we’re sold gadgets, told how to parent, and shamed for not living up to unrealistic expectations that weren’t ours in the first place. Our mission is to offer holistic and intentional care, support, and education in a modern context to help new families thrive.

Weaving ancient wisdom with modern evidence.

Our model of support

Whether a group offering or one-on-one care, our model of support centers the transformative, tender journey into and through parenthood — body, mind, and spirit.

A Venn diagram illustrating components of conscious care, including three circles labeled Body, Spirit, and Mind, with overlapping sections. Inside Body are nourishing foods, herbal care, gentle movement, body care, and feeding support. Spirit includes ritual, ceremony, breathwork, and meditation. Mind contains reflection, companionship, birth processing, and assessment. The central overlapping area is labeled Conscious Care, with the outer circle labeled Community Support & Resources.
